Military Discounts:

Military discounts of 15% off standard rental rates are available to individuals in active military service, with verified ID who are serving outside of their native country and are not residing in the Dominican Republic. The discount only applies for reservations of at least 7 nights and are not available on major holidays or selected blackout dates. Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts and are non-transferrable. Please contact North Coast Management to verify qualifications and availability for this discount.

Discount Restrictions:

• Discounts cannot be combined and are non-transferrable. Discounts apply to villa rental rate only. Discounts are not available for airfare, security deposit, taxes or mandatory minimum gratuities, which are calculated on the non-discounted rate. Mandatory meal plan rates apply to selected villas. Discounts are based on double occupancy (2 person max) per bedroom).
• Discounts are not applicable to existing reservations in any circumstances.
• Blackout dates, peak period surcharges, cancellation charges and other restrictions apply. Discounts available only if there is space availability.
• Reservations are not guaranteed until we are in receipt of a fully executed rental agreement and have received full payment.
