- Grounds & Facilities Maintenance – oversight of your private property maintenance to ensure gardens, walls, fences, beach, beach access, generators and the like are properly maintained, including fuel consumption monitoring, noise abatement recommendations and so forth;
- Primary Local Contact – act as your local contact for vendors, service providers, employees and others requiring a local decision maker here in the Dominican Republic.
