The primary goal of the Guest Services Concierge is to provide the support and discrete suite of customizable services for your guests to enjoy the perfect vacation in your villa. Built from a common foundation of quality, we tailor these guest services to reflect and enhance the values, dreams and ambiance of the villa rental experience.

As a villa owner, you are relieved of the awesome responsibility of managing your guests’ expectations with the villa rental. Our Guest Services Concierge assumes that responsibility for you to help ensure happy guests who will refer their friends, family and business associates to your villa.

• Personal Concierge – provides "hands on" services for your villa guests from first contact through to the end of the rental including coordination of events, activities, menus, staff requirements and more;
• Airport Pickup – coordinate with local taxi services or private drivers for land transportation for your villa guests, including VIP services and even helicopter transportation;
• Massage & Spa Treatments – working through the local service providers, we help arrange massages, facials, pedicures, manicures and even hairstyling in your villa for the guests;
• Cellular Phone Rentals – provide cellular telephones and phone cards so your villa guests can remain in touch with family and friends;
• Car Rentals – coordinate with international (Hertz, Avis, National) or local automobile rental services for private automobile rentals;
• Taxi Services – coordinate local taxi services as either 'on call' or 'stand by' for your villa guests;
• Money Exchange – work with the local legal money exchanges to help villa guests change from their currency into local Dominican pesos;
• Excursions & Tours – coordinate with the multiple tour companies on the island to help provide access to the activities demanded by your villa guests;
• Real Estate Tours – provide personalized tours for your villa guests who may be interested in investing in the Dominican Republic's explosive growth;
• Restaurant Reservations – help plan and coordinate reservations at local restaurants or those in other Dominican cities;
• Gourmet Shopping - seek out those hard to find gourmet foods, wines, liquors and cigars throughout the island.
• Event Management – oversee and coordinate various events such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, renewal of vows and corporate events;
• Wedding Planning – assist in the planning and management of island weddings or renewal of vows in your villa;
• Special Services – provide access to virtually any service available in the Dominican Republic not already covered, exactly like a concierge in a five star hotel!
